Spring Shopping Tips on a Budget

This post was sponsored by Reebok as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own

Spring has sprung, well in some states at least! We are so ready to get outside and enjoy the nice weather. Something that my daughter and I love to do together is go shopping! Yes, she’s 4 but she enjoys this activity with mommy and it makes me happy. My little shopper! But shopping does not always have to mean spending tons of money on clothes. You can shop for you and your little one on a budget. If you follow us on Instagram you know we love our matching outfits! It’s so much fun to be able to create matching outfits with my daughter. She loves matching mommy and I love it too.

Check out a few of my spring shopping tips so that you don’t break the bank this spring.

Review what you have already

Closet shopping is a real thing. Check your closet to see what you already have. This helps you because you may find a diamond in the ruff in your closet that you already have and you won’t purchase new items you don’t need.

Shop at one place for your entire family

I love that at DSW I can get shoes for my entire family in one trip. I LOVE DSW and every chance I get I shop there. Not only for myself but for my daughter and my husband. Who doesn’t love one place that you can get shoes for your entire family for amazing prices! I purchased these super cute Reebok Classics for me and my daughter! We are going to be fashionable this spring! I love Reebok Classics because they are a true classic! Make sure you stop at DSW to pick up your Reebok Classics today!!

Know your spending limit

When you go shopping, know your spending limit. If you know that you only want to spend a certain amount, stick to that and don’t go over. I know this can be hard but it will help you budget if you have a pre-set amount that you are willing to spend.

Purchase year-round fashion

This helps you cut costs big time. I like to purchase short sleeve t-shirts because I can easily layer them. Also, light sweaters as well for the same reason. Purchase clothing that can be worn year round so that you don’t have to keep buying new clothes for every season.

I hope these tips are helpful for your spring shopping trip! How do you shop on a budget?

I use to wear Reebok Classic all the time. It was the thing to wear in TN when school started, lol. So cool how trends come back around. Shopping on a budget is my habit 😂😂. It’s a must. Now I might have to go get some Reeboks lol.

I don’t know if I’ve ever had Reebok classics, but they look cute. I’m not much of a sneaker person. However, I could see those looking great on my son.

Back in the day you were nobody if you didn’t have a pair of Reebok Classics, are they still $54.11? I like the face on your daughters sneakers, my daughter would love them.

Yes to the t-shirts tip! I do that too. Lol I have a FEW long sleeves because those are only used for layering.
